Proven Track Record

On April 25, 2020, The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, New York Chapter celebrated its 63rd Annual New York Emmy Awards Gala. YWCA Brooklyn’s PSA “Your Voice. Your Vote.” was nominated for the Community/Public Service (PSAS): Single Spot award alongside worthy opponents “America Can’t Wait” (WPIX-TV) and WXTC Univision 41: La Epidemia del Plastico. For the first time in history, the ceremony was live-streamed in response to COVID-19, and YWCA Brooklyn took home the award!
